Job Description

- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and audits, ensuring timely dissemination of financial data.
- Manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, tax filings, payroll, and compliance.
- Utilize accounting systems, ERP tools, and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with CFO, team members, and external stakeholders; present financial data clearly.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and uphold integrity in all financial dealings.
- 10+ years in financial leadership roles.
- Expertise in GAAP, Tax Compliance, Payroll, Accounts Receivable/Payable.
- CPA certification required.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.
- Demonstrated communication proficiency in leadership or cross-functional roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
- Experience with financial systems implementation or upgrades.
- Familiarity with corporate tax strategy and audit preparation.
- Project management skills, enabling leadership of special initiatives and custom report compilation.
- Performance management experience in overseeing departmental workflows.

The Finance & Accounting Manager oversees all financial operations, including accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting. This role ensures accurate and timely financial data to support strategic decision-making and maintain regulatory compliance. The manager will also support the CFO, lead special projects, and uphold internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $145000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
