      Job Summary: As the Finance Controller, you will play a pivotal role in TMS financial operations, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and risk management. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will provide strategic financial guidance, make informed financial decisions, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Financial Planning and Analysis:

      · Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with the TMS' strategic goals and objectives.

      · Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

      Financial Reporting and Analysis:

      · Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other financial analyses.

      · Present financial information to the executive team, board of directors, and relevant stakeholders.

      Compliance and Risk Management:

      · Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other industry-specific regulations.

      · Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks.

      Team Leadership and Development:

      · Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

      · Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement within the finance division.

      Treasury and Cash Management:

      · Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and investment strategies to optimize returns while ensuring liquidity needs are met.

      Strategic Financial Initiatives:

      · Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that drive sustainable growth, capital allocation, and shareholder value.

      Qualifications:

      · Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

      · Proven experience (10+ years) in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the industry.

      · In-depth understanding of banking regulations, financial markets, and accounting principles.

      · Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

      Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to interact effectively with executives, regulators, and other stakeholders.
