- Manage 4-8 construction projects concurrently.
- Ensure projects are high quality and adhere to schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate between clients/owners and the internal team.
- Oversee project budgets and scheduling.
- Select and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Work closely with the superintendent to manage day-to-day project activities.
- Strong project management and construction management skills.
- Proficiency in project coordination and design.
- Experience in commercial construction and renovations.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with subcontractors.
- Proficiency in using software tools like PlanSwift.
- Experience in scheduling, project planning, and managing quick turnaround projects.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Experience in negotiating and managing subcontractors.
- Experience in handling change orders and RFIs.
- Knowledge of construction documents and project engineering.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.29 - $62.50/hr.
