Join Our Team as Convention Services Manager – RoomsWe are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented professional to serve as the primary point of contact for all rooms-only groups and business transient reservations across our three premier properties. In this pivotal role, you will manage group room blocks, oversee reservation details, and ensure every guest request is handled with care and precision. You will own the creation of group resumes, maintain sales and reservation systems, and serve as a key liaison between sales, reservations, and operations teams.
