      Job Summary

      As a Conversion Specialist, you will focus on sales and lead the creation and execution of data-driven campaigns designed to generate conversions. You'll focus on driving online purchases, customer acquisition, and revenue growth while enhancing the overall digital shopping experience for clients. This role requires expertise in direct response marketing and sales strategies to deliver measurable results.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Develop and execute multi-channel e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive specific conversions, including:
      • Online purchases
      • Cart completions
      • Lead form submissions
      • Optimize e-commerce platforms to maximize sales.
      • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting CTAs, headlines, and messaging for ads, landing pages, and product pages.
      • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve key e-commerce metrics, including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and cart abandonment rates.
      • Implement email marketing campaigns for abandoned cart recovery, upselling, and re-engagement.
      • Analyze and report on e-commerce performance using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
      • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and recommend innovative strategies for growth.
      • Work with media planners to optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram for e-commerce results.
      • Manage budgets and track campaign ROI to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness.

      Qualifications

      • Must be an expert in G4 knowledge.
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in driving online sales and conversions.
      • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
      • Expertise in optimizing for key metrics, such as conversion rate, CPA, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
      • Proficient in marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
      • Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and improve performance.
      • Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive, results-driven content.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and maximize ROI.
      • A passion for staying ahead of e-commerce trends and delivering results for clients.
