What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare meals, box lunches, and dinner for the crew
- Start the day at 5 am by preparing breakfast and lunches for the crew
- Follow up with any required housekeeping duties at the site
- Cook meals for teams arriving early or late
- Ensure the crew is served until the last person of the day has been served
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Red Seal certification is a strong asset
- Food safety/food handling certificate
- Strong safety culture and experience
- Previous camp cooking experience
- Housekeeping experience
- Ability to work away from home on a rotation of 30 days in and 30 days out
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
- Excellent customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Red Seal certification
- 0-2 years of experience in camp cooking
