What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare meals, box lunches, and dinner for the crew
- Cook meals for teams that arrive early or late
- Ensure food is cooked from scratch and not frozen
- Train and guide staff on duties and training requirements
- Maintain records of inventory and order supplies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Food safety/food handling certificate
- Strong safety culture and experience
- Previous camp cooking experience
- Red seal certification
- Good understanding of profiles and flavors
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
- Excellent customer service
