      Overview

      Cook-Garde Manger

      As a cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking variety of dishes according to directive from culinary management. Your role involves ensuring food quality, presentation, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.


      Responsibilities

      • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
      • Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
      • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
      • Prepares, seasons and garnishes all food in assigned area in accordance with established procedures.
      • Performs any other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications

      • Training in food preparation preferred.

      • Previous experience in similar environment

      • Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

      Pay Range

      Starting from USD $24.00/Hr.
      • Training in food preparation preferred.
