Job Description
- Req#: 3855
- Department: Women's Health (GYN)
- Schedule: Mon- Thur 8-5 and Fri 8-1
- Hospital: UAB St. Vincent's Downtown
- Coordinate scheduling and referrals to other healthcare providers and services. Obtains approval for schedule changes or cancellations as appropriate.
- Assist with maintenance and updating of provider contact information.
- Ensure that all medical appointments, special instructions and patient information is entered intoelectronic medical system.
- Follow site-specific protocols and maintains up-to-date documentation to ensure compliance.

Education:
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
