      Job Description

      Goal Position:
      You will be in charge of provide and develop unique, differentiated, integrated and cutting-edge Sales support, marketing solutions and MCM (Multi-channel Marketing) programs across multiple channels for BRAZIL and PUB region (Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia). While encompassing both Marketing and Sales Solutions for each Business Units.

      Responsibilities:

      Use the global or local toolkit & framework that supports the Business Units (BU’s) in selecting the most appropriate channel for a given objective (i.e. assist BU’s in optimizing marketing mix for a given brand or sales channel)
      Enhance Sales Operation Capability by building Selling Process with leading and monitoring KPI; - Identifying, prioritizing, and successfully driving / executing SFE initiatives aligned to BU’s and local strategy.
      Define and continuously monitoring channel & customer metrics, in order to evaluate channels, services and CRM platforms performance
      Create and implementing local platforms that represent solutions to customer needs
      Assist BU’s in determining which channels are most strategic for their goals, developing program plans and related budgets
      Secure integration of multiple channels into BU’s plans
      Secure integration and sharing of the activities within marketing teams related with common customer segments
      Manage local MCM regarding BU's needs
      Establish twice a year meetings with marketing teams to ensure continuous Multi-Channel Communication practice sharing
      Lead the Sell-Out culture across the region supporting and aligning with country’s needs.
      Manage the customer database information to be collected from the CRM, Sell-Out and other internal data platforms and integrate with CRM
      Optimize Sales Planning to ensure resource allocation effectiveness and productivity improvement
      Analyze customer needs and existent services to reach customers by using Sales Channel strategies based on the KPI’s
      Develop new tactics to improve the performance and secure the implementation of new services and platforms
      Use effectively customer insights data to modify current system as needed

      Skills:
      Strong skills in strategic planning, analytical thinking and communication, good at problem solving, and team-working.
      Strong skills with establishing KPIs in project planning and ROI mindset in tracking results.
      Creative, multiple task oriented
      Knowledge of data platforms
      Fluent in English
      Spanish is a differentiation

      Experience:

      Bachelor degree completed.

      Previous year experience in CRM, MCM and/or SFE area.
      Experience in consumer goods companies will be a plus.
