      II. INFORMACIÓN DE LA POSICIÓN

      This role serves as the critical interface between CMs and the business. The role ensures that CMs Operations & Strategy are aligned with the business strategic objectives.

      Principales actividades, responsabilidades y retos de la posición:

      • Ensure Unilever standards in CMs Operations.
      • Lead Transformation program for CM Excellence – Operational Control.
      • Lead risk assessments, and make sure action plans are embedded in the defined timeline.
      • Ensuring project risks are assessed, managed, mitigated, and communicated as part of the total network.
      • Manage communication with all key business stakeholders.
      • CMs Stock Management.
      •Guarantee the production plan in CMs , Understand the key losses and lead with CM the properly action plan in order to guarantee service level
      • Lead monthy performance meetings with CMs/UL to follow-up of KPIs of Service, QA, SHE and Finance, in order to stablish improvement action plan and priorities.
      • Coordinate the execution of cyclical inventories in the CMs and prepare action plans to align inventory adjustments to the agreed objectives.
      • Lead the interface with CMs-Procurement-Quality-SHE-Finance-T&E-R&D-Planning to manage daily issues.
      • Review In Sourcing/OVF opportunities, in search of benefits for the Company: Cost, Service, Quality
      • Review with Strategic Planning the medium- and long-term plan for each portfolio in order to define if it should or not continue in CM
      • Lead savings, strategic and innovation projects implementation and Looking for new CMs in accordance with business and innovation needs. • Support SLA negotiation in accordance CM inputs.
      • Guarantee the Innovation implementation in CMs, in accordance with technical & Business requirements. • Support Commissioning and lead Ramp up of projects in CMs.

      Procurement, QA, T&E, R&D, Planning, Innovations, Finance, Legal, Marketing.

      CMs Owners & Teams (Procurement, QA, T&E, R&D, Planning, Innovations, Finance).

      III. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES DE LA POSICIÓN

      1. Guarantee the production plan. Understand the key losses and lead with CM the properly action plan in order to guarantee service level.

      7. Support Commissioning and lead Ramp up of projects in CMs.

      Conocimientos generales:

      1. Experience in Supply Chain (Make, Planning, Logistics, Operations)
      2. Operations in consumer goods industry products (supply chain, manufacturing, consulting, technical, finance or business)
      3. Experience in managing projects and multitasking work tems.
      4.Personal Mastery: excellent networking skill, good negotiation, advanced communication skill
      5. Agility: You will be an out of the box thinker coming up with solutions to new problems whilst using your influencing skills to convince the cross functional team to execute.
      6. Business acumen: project scope, financial scope (P&L understanding), supply chain design
      7. Consumer love: understand and convey partners and users need in the project.

      Conocimientos específicos:

      Language: Spanish & English
      Excel, SAP ECC, SAP PLM, Project.
