      A Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator will work with the Director of Business Development or Marketing Manager to assist in the implementation of the marketing plan, contributing to visual content creation and marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel's brand awareness.

      What will I be doing?

      As a Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Director of Business Development or Marketing Manager to support the execution of the hotel's marketing plan. The majority of your time will be dedicated to designing advertising campaigns for digital media, creating flyers, presentations, and auxiliary marketing materials to support the sales team. Additionally, you will be responsible for the hotel's social media content creation and management, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.

      Specifically, you will:

      · Design and develop creative assets for digital advertising campaigns, printed materials, presentations, and in-house marketing needs like menus and promotionals.

      · Manage and create content for the hotel’s social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

      · Collaborate with external photographers and videographers to plan and execute high-quality visual content for promotional use.

      · Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials that enhance their outreach and business development efforts.

      · Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, including promotional activities and special campaigns to enhance brand awareness.

      · Coordinate with third-party partners such as media outlets and local vendors to amplify marketing efforts.

      · Experience in setting up and managing social media ad campaigns

      · Strong organizational and planning skills

      · Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

      It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

      • Degree in graphic design
      • Previous Hotel or leisure sector experience
      • Previous Marketing experience in a similar environment
