      What You Will Achieve

      The Pfizer US Specialty Care Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) Coordinator will coordinate all executive administrative responsibilities in support of the new ly created US Specialty Care Customer Engagement Platform Leadership Team . This role will report directly to the Specialty Care CEP Platform Lead . The US Specialty Care Platform includes US Rare Disease , Inflammation & Immunology Sales, Account Management , Gene Therapy and Professional Relations Customer Facing Teams as well as US SC Enablement Functions .

      The CEP Coordinator will also be responsible for managing progress against priority projects of high interest to the leadership team . T he role requires project management proficiency and accountability for leading projects to completion while adhering to pre specified timelines and budget. The CEP C oordinator will collaborate cross-functionally across the Specialty Business S takeholder s and work closely with coordinators from across HQ and US Biopharma Businesses .

      In addition, the SC CEP Coordinator will ensure coordination of meetings, reports, calendar management and follow through in a high quality and timely manner. This position will require strong communication ability, proactive planning, problem solving and self-direction along with the ability to identify opportunities and solve issues impacting overall efficiency and operational effectiveness of the CEP Platform.

      How You Will Achieve It

      • Provide strategic and administrative support to the CEP Platform LT in the form of coordination, collaboration, communication, and ownership for a variety of high-level based initiatives.

      • P lanning and support for internal LT meetings , cross functional meetings and customer meetings including development and distribution of meeting objectives , agendas, and logistical communications ; including meeting follow-ups and ensuring LT member accountability for follow through.

      • MS Outlook Calendar Management and coordination travel arrangements.

      • Triage priority emails and urgent communications ensuring timely follow up

      • S upport the development of organizational communications and executive presentations .

      • Development and management of k ey p rojects t racker and ensurin g accountability for providing updates and closing actions items

      • Assist Lead /LT with informational requests and data comp ilation . Provide ad hoc analytics support as needed to support business decisions.

      • P lanning and support of POAs, events, meetings, team buildings, external stakeholder meetings, etc. (in partnership with SC Ena blement Team and Pfizer Meetings Team).

      • M anagement of key enabling systems supporting the CEP Platform . R eport processing including expenses, requisitions, and P Os.

      • Manage expenses including input Concur entries and conducting initial audit of Concur submissions.

      • Partners with LT and Finance to manage budgets and appropriate reporting .

      • Partners with PX on production of staffing reports, organizational charts . Manages communication distribution lists . Maintains files and databases accordingly.

      • Leads collaboration and community of practice norming across SC Coordinator Team aligned to the CEP Platform to support best practice sharing, optimal teamwork, efficiency, and project coordination.

      • Assist s as needed on cross functional workstreams ( e.g. Culture and Engagement)

      • Managing and coordinating internal stakeholder engagement including Team Huddles and culture building activities

      • Track and assist in advancing CEP business goals on a semester basis.

      Qualifications

      Must-Have

      • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS Diploma required .

      • 5+ years of related administrative business experience

      • Strong track record meeting personal and team goals

      • Proven record of implementing projects and process improvements

      • Possess a positive, continuous improvement mindset

      • Takes initiative and works pro-actively

      • Strong business acumen and demonstrated flexibility , adaptability and learning agility

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      • Ability to navigate internal organization/processes and build productive relationships across the matri x

      • Possesses High Emotional Intelligence, Sound Decision Making & Judgement

      • Strong collaborator with proven ability to represent Sr Leadership Team in managing relationships, issues, and initiatives effectiveness .

      Nice-to-Have

      • Strong knowledge of Pfizer systems and applications, including Ariba, Pfizer Travel & Expenses, MS Teams , SharePoint and Yammer

      • Experience using applications, such as Concur, WebEx and Ariba

      • Ability to take direction and work with minimal oversight

      The salary for this position ranges from $31.36 to $52.27 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
