Job Summary Responsible for providing administrative support for the Project Management function. Ensures timely and cost-effective completion of administrative details with the ability to coordinate diverse tasks requiring exceptional organizational skills. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team. Job Description Core Responsibilities Provides administrative support for project completion; assists with project plan in consultation with appropriate participants and coordinates steps to ensure participation of appropriate interested individuals and groups. Assists with project status to ensure progress toward completion and required procedural steps are completed fully and in a timely manner. Seeks cooperation and input in project assignments; coordinates needed meetings or hearings to gather input and meet procedural requirements. Provides status reports to senior management or other management to keep them apprised of progress and any anticipated issues. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Coordinate and/or facilitate product and training roll outs, process drafting, and deployments. Maintain operations trackers - which includes, but is not limited to, spreadsheet and dBase changes, site requirements and customer change requests. Interface and coordinate initiatives, projects, orders with various levels of internal and external partners to include, but not limited to Sales, Field Operations, Day of Job, Construction, Customer Project Managers, Care, Tech Logistics and Routing teams, Supply Chain, and other functional groups to execute and evaluate and support enhancing process flows. May support data center/MSC activity which includes but not limited to: technician access ticket requests, data center audits, reviewing power and cross connect orders. Coordinate, create and track necessary purchase requisitions to ensure adequate Commercial supplies are ordered and maintained in designated depots. Preferred experience with CSG, Tableau, EXCEL, familiar with Microsoft Visio, CCOM, Century, Microsoft Office applications, and Salesforce Employees at all levels are expected to: Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job. Education High School Diploma / GED Relevant Work Experience 2-5 Years Salary: Primary Location Pay Range: $26.03 - $39.04 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
