Job Summary:
This role will process payments for all internal companies/teams along with franchise income, CAD lockbox, and other miscellaneous payments into various payment platforms. This position will also perform daily credit card reconciliations.
Essential Functions:
• Processes all payments/transfers/refunds timely and accurately per our internal control measures.
• Ensures daily that all applications of funds are deposited/charged timely and accurately within the correct time parameters as well as internal controls.
• Understands the full circle process to help complete the daily tasks within Cash Receipts (ie: updating reconciliation reports, review/post batches, and credit card settlements).
• Collaborates with internal departments (Annual Dues, Billing & Membership, Accounting, etc.) to meet customer needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience

Hire Range/Rate:
$42,000 - $48,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
