Assist with reimbursements, honoraria, contracting, invoices and other various payments throughout the year to ensure the Development Committee operations runs smoothly and timely
Manage all aspects and have command of the Development Committee’s CEU hours and certificate distribution
Play an integral role in preparation , organization and logis ti cs of team meetings, and retreats (both virtual and in-person)
Complete routine date and information requests from College Board and our external stakeholders
Engage and build productive relationships with the Development Committee and external stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality and exercise superb judgment in dealing with sensitive information, respond to internal inquiries and/or escalate issues as necessary
Coordinate paperwork for participating faculty, including confidential tax information
Coordinate lodging and travel logistics for participating faculty, as appropriate
Ensure on-time payments for participating faculty
Participate in Team meetings and, retreats, etc. (virtual and in-person)
Manage and have command of all p articipating faculty information, including confidential personal information
Provide a wide range of administrative and operational support to the participating faculty; including all travel arrangements , reimbursements, and payments
Engage and build productive relationsh ips with the p articipating faculty and external stakeholders

Maintain confidentiality and exercise superb judgment in dealing with sensitive information, respond to internal inquiries and/or escalate issues as necessary

You have a proactive mindset – ability and willingness to proactively solve problems, anticipate and prioritize key tasks and resolve issues.
You have command of the technologies that guide our work, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Expense Systems (e.g. Concur)
You have systems and routines that guide your daily operations and help you squeeze efficiency and productivity out of your time
You work well under pressure and value and seek out feedback
Strong written communicator who can communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
You are trustworthy, have excellent judgment, and are a skilled collaborator
An ability to plan your work and prioritize projects, particularly in a work environment involving dotted reporting lines.
You have 2-3 years of experience in executive support or team support

About the Team
The Advanced Placement Program is comprised of multiple teams, each working to serve more than seven million students a year as they prepare for a successful transition to college through programs and services in college readiness and college success — specifically through the Advanced Placement (AP) Program . This position will work for two teams. The Curriculum and Assessment team , a team of 35, works alongside our development committees, comprised of leading AP teachers and higher education faculty, across all AP subject areas to develop and review test content. The AP Higher Ed team , a team of 8, represents all AP courses to faculty and staff at colleges and universities across the country. Its focus is on securing new or improving existing credit or placement policies for qualifying AP scores – work that then allows students to benefit from the advanced work they engaged in during high school. We pride ourselves on serving as ambassadors for the AP program to colleges and universities and because of our deep knowledge of the higher ed landscape, we also act as strategic advisors to the AP Program.
About the Opportunity
As the Coordinator, Advanced Placement Program Development, you will play a critical role to support two collaborative teams. In this role, you will work with our external partners who are integral in to the Advanced Placement program . You are eager to dive into details and proactively support both teams ’ work to ensure our partners receive timely reimbursement while also being a main contact for questions the constituents may have about our processes. .
In this role, you will:
