Job Description
- Req#: 81239
- Collaborate in the design, creation, and building of scheduling templates
- Provides day-to-day operational, and logistical aspects of projects, such as meeting schedules, agenda development, wrap-up notes and next steps, etc.
- Performs analyses, creates dashboards, and organizes data to guide decision-making and support initiative implementation
- Drafts written communications for a variety of Ambulatory audiences through multiple channels, including newsletters, email updates, intranet site, etc.
- Experience working in a healthcare practice setting and/or outpatient/ambulatory operations
- Data management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Expertise working with clinic templates and scheduling
- Good analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Skilled in prioritizing multiple projects and working autonomously
- Ability to generate and encourage creative ideas in decision-making processes
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (hybrid schedule)
- Location: 1275 York Ave
- Pay Range: $27.80 - $43.08

Job Description
Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We are hiring a Coordinator to join the newly developed Ambulatory Capacity Management (ACM) team. We collaborate with multiple departments to influence, define, and execute key strategic & tactical priorities in the areas of access, templates, EPIC, and ambulatory operations.
The Ambulatory Capacity Coordinator provides operational and project management support to the clinical departments and ambulatory practices to ensure optimized access through template optimization and management.
