      Are you ready to make a difference? Lehigh University is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Coordinator (Position S71260) in the VP Equity & Community department. This role is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive community that fosters success for all students.

      As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operationalization of the Center for Student Access and Success' mission. Your primary focus will be to create an inclusive environment where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their fullest potential. You will work closely with diverse groups of students, faculty, and staff to develop and implement initiatives that promote equity, diversity, and a sense of belonging on campus.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and execute programming and initiatives that promote inclusivity, equity, and student success
      • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for students, faculty, and staff on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics
      • Serve as a resource and advocate for underrepresented and marginalized student populations
      • Collaborate with campus partners to identify and address barriers to student success
      • Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives
      • Participate in outreach and recruitment efforts to attract a diverse student body

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      • One to three years of related work experience
      • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Strong organizational and time management abilities
      • Experience in program development and facilitation
      • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
      • Familiarity with student development theories and best practices

      This position is a Grade: 7 - 37.5, offering an approximate salary of $36,090-$43,330. The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor. This position is responsible for driving University-owned vehicles as a routine function, therefore a valid Driver’s License and a good driving record is required.
