Contribute to Team strategy development and refinement
Bring knowledge to team discussions to inform peers; contribute to team decisions and recommendations through participation in meetings and working groups outside the Foundation that serve the goals of Chicago.
Schedule and manage logistics for Team meetings, including liaising with Meeting Planners as needed
Arrange and coordinate appointments and travel for Team members
Process expense reports
Liaise with Information Technology in identifying and resolving technology and systems, requirements and issues for the Team
Interact with, provide guidance to, and respond to questions from grantees and others
Provide general proofreading and editing
Coordinate document and information management tasks that add value for the Team
Participate in Foundation-wide committees, working groups, and other initiatives
Participate in external activities such as award selection committees, affinity groups, and other opportunities
Serve as back-up to Team Administrator and additional Team Coordinator and participate in cross-training
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum of three to five years of relevant experience
A bachelor’s degree is desirable
Comfortable working in a team environment
Excellent writing, editing, organizational, and verbal skills
Able to manage numerous tasks and projects
Able to think and work independently, using strong working knowledge of program substance and process
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

The Team Coordinator is an integral and active part of the Team’s Core Group, which includes active participation in meetings, seminars, site visits, communications activities, etc. The Team Coordinator works closely with the Team Administrator to ensure smooth operations for the Team and reports to the Team Leader.Job Description

The position is currently hybrid and based in Chicago, Illinois.
Annual salary for this role will start at $67,600.
