- Day-to-day support for commercial business segments: Wholesale, Travel Agents, GDS, Groups and Corporate
- Supporting these commercial business segments, you will fulfill contracts, billing, customer service, reporting, etc.
- Manage the Inbound process; contacting, qualifying, etc.
- Manage new and existing corporate accounts by on boarding the company and corporate admin, creating contracts, providing customer service, status reports, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the accounts.
- Coordinate and execute group bookings for various departments: commercial, community affairs, public affairs, and other teams as needed.
- Coordinate and execute the Group Business, including but not limited to: creating quotes, booking, billing, customer service, collaboration with other internal departments; operations, stations, guest experience, F&B, and mobility to provide the optimal and memorable experience.
- Collaborating with IT, Accounting, Revenue Management, Legal to ensure the business is running smoothly and efficiently internally as well for our customers.
- You have a demonstrated history, a minimum of 1-2 years, of working in an account management or equivalent administrative and customer service orientated position in either a B2B or B2C environment.
- You possess excellent customer service skills, a self-starter who takes initiative, and gets projects done in a timely manner.
- You should be proactive, positive and have strong multi-tasking skills.
- You have a personable demeanor with strong verbal and communication skills.
- You are detailed-oriented and take pride in being organized and have excellent time management skills.
- You have a willingness to learn and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong computer skills and experience with MS Office.

You will be responsible for qualifying & managing the inbound initiatives, providing customer service, handling administrative tasks and supporting the team to ensure targets are being met. We’re looking for a highly organized, problem-solver who is eager to learn and grow with our exciting team and company.
