      Your New Role...

      The Corporate Communications Coordinator will be responsible for the continued daily monitoring and assessment of global news coverage pertaining to the company, its businesses and executive leadership team. The Coordinator plays a key role in helping to manage Warner Bros. Discovery’s reputation by alerting to any inaccurate and/or negative news coverage, while at the same time ensuring that the company stays on the cutting edge of news and information.

      Your Role Accountabilities...

      • Curate and distribute daily executive news summary inclusive of the latest news and announcements from Warner Bros. Discovery, as well as developments in the broader media and entertainment industry.
      • Partner with agency on real-time news monitoring and daily executive clips summary, including quality control, key word and process auditing, scheduling, etc. Work directly with the team to distribute all relevant news articles in a timely manner and pull clips and additional news coverage on ad hoc basis as needed for the Executive Team.
      • Work with the Corporate Social Media team to monitor ongoing conversations about the media/entertainment industry and use information from these conversations to inform reports and/or summarize trends for leadership.
      • Build and maintain relationships with internal communications stakeholders to maximize efficiency on enterprise-wide clips management.
      • Contribute to coverage reports, reporter backgrounders, and other research requests as needed.

      Qualifications & Experience...

      • 1-2 years of experience working in communications at a studio, network, agency or equivalent with a solid understanding of and relationships in the general media and entertainment landscape.
      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills; proven ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
      • Good judgment and ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
      • Must be able to work weekends, nights and travel as required.
      • Must be committed to the success of the team.

      In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $42,209.00 - $78,389.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
