Job Description
- Req#: 15613
- Update pilot and flight attendant schedules for Leave of Absence, Vacation, Company Business, and initial / yearly proficiency training
- Build schedules for pilots and flight attendants when they return from Leave of Absence
- Monthly audit of pilot and flight attendant schedules
- Coordinate hotel reservations and book flights for flight attendants attending training
- Monitor pilot’s flight time and landings to stay in compliance with all F ederal A viation R egulation s
- Receive and respond to calls/chats/emails with crewmembers
- Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Self-motivated, team player
- Ability to work under tight time constraints and adapt to change quickly and positively
- Must be able to effectively communicate in writing and verbally by telephone and in person with crewmembers, dispatch, and other office staff
- This position is based at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, UT (no remote positions available)
- Shift: 4/10’s M-Th
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
