      Purpose & Overall Relevance:

      A ssist in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Culture Marketing with specific focus on seeding and operational support. This position requires a combination of strong communication, organizational, process, and time management skills. The position is fast-paced and multi-tasking in nature.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Responsible for day-to-day support of Seeding operations
      • Responsible for stock ordering and managing of product
      • Order entry support for Seeding and wider Culture Marketing topics
      • Update and maintain all product placement and inventory files
      • Process product placement requests: Check availability, write up sample requests, pack samples and follow up on delivery. Process returned samples and maintain sample closet and showroom
      • Track social media placements and create reports
      • May assist with additional Culture Marketing events when necessary
      • Adhere to Culture Marketing process, protocol on a daily basis.

      Requested Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

      • Project management skills and an ability to work well in a team environment
      • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and presentations
      • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
      • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments in a fast-pace environment while working under tight deadlines .
      • Knowledge of the music/fashion /style/entertainment industry
      • Understanding of and passion for sports (all sports or category specific)
      • Knowledge in social and digital media trends/platforms
      • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
      • Ability to work independently
      • Exercise professionalism at all times
      • Strong organizational, problem solving, time management and resolution skills
      • Unconventional business hours may be required. (evenings, weekends)

      Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

      • 1 year of experience in a related field preferred

      The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is ($54,300.00-81,500.00). Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, and proficiency for the role.

      We officially returned to office and this role requires you to be in office 5 days a week. The working location of this position is Los Angeles, CA
