- Administers the early alert process for the dual credit program by monitoring academic progress of students, analyzing progress reports from instructors, identifying current and potential needs or problem areas (e.g., study skills, tutoring) and referring students to appropriate campus resources for assistance; communicates findings to director.
- Registers students for dual credit and early college high school (ECHS) entities; complies with all rules regarding course prerequisites and skill levels for dual credit and ECHS students as agreed upon by the College.
- Enters student information in Banner Student information system; maintains student files and records; documents all pertinent student information; updates system to reflect changes to student status.
- Gathers and/or calculates necessary information such as GPAs, enrollment statistics, mid-term, and final grades; prepares and reviews various reports for accuracy as requested for the College and for constituent ISDs.
- Assists in recruitment of potential students by coordinating parent information meetings, open houses, and other recruiting and orientation activities. Advises potential students of general academic requirements of the College; describes courses; disseminates information regarding application, admissions, and registration procedures; prepares recruitment packets.
- Works with the director, dual credit and constituent ISDs to create the schedule of courses for dual credit and ECHS students by coordinating course creation and reservation through the academic departments.
- Serves as primary point of contact in the absence of the director.
- Creates and disseminates routine communications about dual credit office activities, processes, and procedures between the dual credit office, constituent ISDs, and applicable faculty members.
- Assists with graduation audits for dual credit students who may be eligible for College credential.
- Creates handouts, brochures, website content, and student outreach communication.
- Assists with building the budget and assessing departmental purchasing needs.
- Works cooperatively with counterparts on the other campuses to achieve the College’s annual goals and objectives.

- Knowledge of various software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and a working knowledge of Banner Student information system
- High level of customer service
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written language skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally-accredited college/university
- One (1) year of experience in secondary or higher education in a student services role
- Experience in dual credit or ECHS programs
