      Company Description

      The Energy & Utilities Coordinator role primary responsibilities include billing and invoice management for US/CA and EMEA utilities (electricity, gas, trash removal, water/steam). This role works closely with and in support of Procurement Corporate Services, Sustainability, Accounts Payable/Treasury, and Store Maintenance. The coordinator will also have direct contact with utility suppliers and government agencies when required.

      This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

      What Will You Be Doing?

      • Analyzes, resolve, and payment approval for US/CA utility invoice exceptions using CASS platform
      • Coordinate receipt, validation, and payment approval for EMEA utility invoices and direct debits
      • Properly record monthly utility consumption for accurate data.
      • Communicate payment process to ensure payment; Uses internal software to upload invoices, fill out additional forms (as needed), and verify information
      • Coordinate with site openings and closures to ensure proper utility account activation/deactivation.
      • Collaboration and communication with A&F teams and Suppliers regarding discrepancies, questions, or concerns related to utility invoicing
      • Perform ad hoc auditing/analysis/reporting, special projects, and other miscellaneous tasks, as necessary

      What Do You Need To Bring?

      • Demonstrated experience in an office environment and experience in PO creation or invoice receipt/matching
      • Proficient skills in the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel)
      • Extremely organized and detail oriented with a focus on accurate data entry and auditing
      • Time management, ability to prioritize based on project schedule needs
      • Understanding of project timelines and schedules
      • Strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams
