  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Process referrals from intake through order scheduling for new prescriptions
  - Respond promptly to patient inquiries via telephone and email in a service center
  - Create and manage referrals for incoming transfers across the organization
  - Collect and investigate insurance information for triaged referrals
  - Schedule patient orders and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or GED
  - Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, healthcare, pharmacy, or related setting
  - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  - Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality standards
  - Willingness to work mandatory extra hours, including evenings and weekends
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Active pharmacy technician license or certification as required by state regulations
  - Additional year of experience in a relevant healthcare or pharmacy setting

• About the company

  Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
