Job Description

- Analyzes, compiles, updates and maintains data on spreadsheet and in word; completes necessary documentation, maintains employee and operating files. Updates and maintains fraudulent ticket tracking spreadsheets. Communicates with purchasing, finance and other internal clients and provides appropriate paperwork and maintains queries.
- Maintains non labor budget and inventory for supplies, creates monthly ordering purchases and service requests. Implements and draws upon blanket purchase orders, receives services and products, facilitates payment by providing AP with necessary documentation.
- Coordinates and schedules work and/or projects requests with internal partners and outside vendors. Enters internal discretionary projects as needed and communicates work orders and project job expectations. Monitors and provides updates of work or project status to insure timely completion.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school degree or GED is required.
- Two years computer experience in Windows environment and spreadsheet knowledge highly preferred.
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Must type 30 wpm.
- Communication and organization skills a must or equivalent combination of education and experience.
JOB SUMMARY: Supports the Entrance Operations team to ensure administrative support, executes both routine and non-routine administrative tasks and assignments. Responsible for the procurement of operating supplies and oversees necessary resources for the successful operation of the Entrance Operations department.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
SCOPE: Budgetary responsibility, Use of Excel to generate various reports, Purchasing, Asset Management, Project Management, Filing.
