What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Sponsor/CRO and Principal Investigator/site communications regarding submissions
- Conduct thorough administrative reviews of submissions, liaising with study and site personnel to ensure timely completion
- Document and adhere to client requirements, including organizational and protocol notes
- Provide proactive support to the team by assisting with task reassignments and managing documentation for translations
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, collaborating with the quality control team to minimize errors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two (2) years of experience in a customer service role or in an office environment (preferably in a regulated industry)
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Word and Outlook
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time at a stationary workstation
- Ability to carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 lbs
- Strong focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
