What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement YAM Delivery in collaboration with school district partners and YAM Helpers
- Facilitate student learning with YAM Helpers & Trainees
- Develop and maintain regional partnerships with schools and school districts
- Track and report on program expenses and performance criteria
- Assist in developing materials and resources for program implementation and evaluation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- 3 years of related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Experience working in healthcare or behavioral health
