What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct Quality Control (QC) activities on IRB and staff documentation
- Review and analyze documents for accuracy in content
- Communicate errors to Research Services staff
- Execute procedures in compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Support supervisor or director vision of team performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of IRB or clinical research experience
- Basic knowledge of Federal laws and guidelines pertaining to Human Subjects Research Protection
- Proficient with MS Word and Outlook
- Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, direct messaging applications such as Slack, remote meeting applications such as Zoom, and web-based proprietary software
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time at a stationary workstation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
