  The Coordinator of Instructional Delivery is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the policies, practices and processes required to meet IMG Academy’s instructional goals. This role will support the continuous improvement and growth of our faculty’s instructional practices that best position IMG Academy scholar-athletes to win their future.

  Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct multiple classroom observations and/or coaching sessions with 20+ faculty members, including pre- and post-observation meetings.
  • Develop faculty-specific coaching plans, including goal-setting, ongoing growth, and progress monitoring.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, quarterly goals, coaching plans, and other job-related tasks.
  • Promote and ensure execution of evidence-based teaching/learning strategies among faculty.
  • Create and sustain positive relationships with teachers and administrators.
  • Provide insights and support instructional leadership with professional development and effective use of existing and emerging instructional best practice.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of and experience in:
    • innovative instructional strategies
    • conditions of learning
    • assessment-driven and data-driven instruction.
    • effective use of a multi-tiered system of support.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  Knowledge, Skills , and Ability

  • Ability to identify effective instructional practices within the classroom.
  • Familiarity and/or experience with rubric-based teacher and/or leadership observation and feedback processes.
  • Familiarity and/or experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Three (3) years' experience in teaching educational methodologies or techniques may include assessment, item writing, writing learning objectives, and syllabus development.
  • Dynamic and motivating individual
  • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Anticipates needs and establishes priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Preferred Skills

  • Master’s Degree in a related field
  • Bilingual

  Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Must be able to move around campus.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
