Position Status: Permanent Full-Time

Description of the Position:
The Coordinator, Gift and Estate Planning (GEP) will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Gift and Estate Planning program. The primary responsibilities include tracking and reporting for all donor activities (cultivation, solicitation and stewardship), provide support for all program activities, as needed, and managing a variety of administrative tasks such as drafting communications, answering inquiries, and data analysis.
The Coordinator reports directly to the Associate Director, Gift & Estate Planning.
You will:
· Coordinate and track revenue generating activities, future gift expectancy pipeline and ensure correct designation and coding of current and future gifts;
· Manage data and material requirements for all lead generation campaigns for appropriate tracking and follow up by team;
· Regularly maintain and update gift planning records, handle prospect migration, pull reports and database clean up;
· Provide professional “first contact” with donors, professional advisors, and others seeking information regarding donations to SickKids Foundation;
· Provide support for various program initiatives and tactics associated with achieving annual goals;
· Assist in organizing, coordinating and supporting donor events related to developing the program, including education sessions, advisor seminars and annual J.P. Bickell Society luncheon;
· Track expenses and ensure that the team is keeping within yearly budget;
· Manage collateral for the GEP program including the coordination of marketing materials, website, external advertising and donor communications;
· Prepare annual report and Donor Wall listings to ensure accuracy for GEP donors;
· Assist with cultivation, stewardship and solicitation of all donors within the GEP portfolio;
· Provide back-up support to the Coordinators, Major Gifts and Corporate & Community Partnerships;
· Additional office duties and projects as required.
