Job Description

- Learn value-added services functionality in SAP and be able to enter and update data as needed
- Planning and coordinating the execution of value-added services, ensuring they align with customer requirements and supply chain objectives
- Administer value-added services related procedures with internal teams and global vendors
- Create and update weekly tracking and exception reports
- Monitor web-based Supplier Portal daily to ensure vendor required activities are occurring timely and accurately and communicate corresponding exception reports to vendors
- Liaise between different departments and stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and customers, to facilitate smooth execution of value-added services
- Collaborate with internal teams as well as global vendors to ensure an efficient, timely, and accurate hologram procurement process is executed weekly
- Manage inventory related to value-added services, including packaging materials and patches
- Prepare products for shipment, including packing, labeling, and generating shipping documentation
- Conduct quality control checks to verify products meet specifications before shipment
- Enter and update a high volume of records in ERP System (SAP) through manual entry and updating
- Assist in the execution of Hot Market (special events) activities including processing documents, reporting, transacting shipments, and maintaining communication with vendors to ensure effective production plans are established. This includes travel to domestic vendors
- Keep all sensitive matters confidential
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn and utilize new systems
- Ability to establish relationships and interact with various levels within the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and efficiently prioritize workday to maximize productivity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Enthusiastic, pro-active, and positive person who adapts to change and with urgency and persistence
- The ability to be innovative and creative when handling difficult business challenges
- Understanding of how to interpret performance metrics and generate reports using Excel or other tools
- Accuracy in managing orders, labeling, packing, and documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business; Relevant job experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- One (1) to Three (3) years of experience Data Entry/Administrative Position

The Coordinator, Logistics Value Added Services plays a vital role in coordinating services that enhance the supply chain beyond basic transportation. These services, often provided by logistics service providers (LSPs) or 3PLs, add value to the product or the logistics process itself. The coordinator ensures efficient execution of these services, which might include packing, labeling, repairs, or other tasks that improve the supply chain's efficiency.Responsibilities

The salary range for this posted position is $48,000 - $56,500 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York. Actual compensation is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
