      Purpose Statement

      • To coordinate and support the implementation and day-to-day operations of programmes, campaigns and projects across various portfolios and functions in the Capitec Marketing and Communications Division.

      Experience

      Minimum:

      • 2 years’ experience in a Marketing administrative or coordinator role.
      • Experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects / campaigns.
      • Proven experience stakeholder and relationship building.
      • Portfolio / function-specific experience to be considered.

      Ideal:

      • 2+ years’ experience in a Marketing administrative or coordinator role
      • Previous agency experience or inhouse marketing department

      Qualifications (Minimum)

      • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
      • A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communication

      Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

      • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication

    Knowledge


    Minimum:

    • Coordination and administration practices and tools
    • General Marketing processes, procedures and principles
    • Office and administration systems and procedures
    • Internal and external communication methods and practices
    • Digital marketing and e-commerce


    Ideal:

    • Capitec environment and products
    • Data analysis, client profiling and segmentation.
    • Agile project management principles.
