What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure timely and accurate metadata delivery in compliance with contractual obligations
- Collaborate with Programming teams to gather necessary data for metadata preparation
- Perform quality control and proofreading of metadata for XML and content distribution
- Assist with project management tasks including tracking and reporting
- Provide daily updates and status reports regarding changes to air dates or metadata
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1–3 years of experience in metadata publishing or related environments
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills including basic pivot tables and macros
- Proactive with a strong focus on accuracy in detail-intensive workflows
- Solid remote work setup with reliable internet access
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with metadata best practices and taxonomy
- Experience with XML metadata and video encoding technologies
- Knowledge of digital delivery protocols (FTP, SFTP, Aspera)
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to excel
- Passion for emerging technologies and the entertainment/media industry
