What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Visit customers and accounts to ensure continuity of medical device provision for clinically appropriate cases
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to manage patient care and optimize the use of medical devices
- Develop and maintain knowledge of payer requirements to enhance reimbursement realization
- Provide ongoing education and training to hospital and office staff on medical device order requirements
- Ensure timely processing of documentation to minimize service delays and protect revenue streams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales
- Experience in healthcare or medical device environments preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous clinical or billing experience within the healthcare/medical device sector
- Ability to navigate hospital and clinic environments effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accountability
- Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI
- High sense of urgency and flexibility in scheduling
