      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate student selection activities and oversee the student success program
      - Serve as a liaison with student services and provide support during onsite lab experiences
      - Monitor academic performance and coordinate student orientation and graduation functions
      - Conduct and disseminate research activities in accordance with accreditation requirements
      - Chair the Assessment Committee and collaborate on program development and outcomes assessment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Earned clinical doctorate in Occupational Therapy or terminal doctorate in a related discipline
      - Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in the field of Occupational Therapy
      - Eligibility for faculty rank at the Assistant Professor level or above
      - Knowledge of legislative and regulatory issues affecting clinical education and the profession
      - Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
