      The Analyst, Fraud & Investigations Omni Fraud Coordinator is a critical role within the Loss Prevention team. The team focuses on assuring revenue streams are intact end to end and aims to prevent and detect fraud and recommend mitigation methods and policy. Reporting on facts and observations to management and recommends industry best practice to prevent losses and keep revenues intact. This role is responsible for researching, documenting, and sharing current procedures and processes that proactively detect fraud.

      Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

      • Monitor, detect, analyze and report fraud pertaining to; omni orders, exception reporting, order management, chargebacks.
      • Dispute Chargebacks for ECOMM on a daily basis and ensure timelines are met for resolution
      • Respond to Payment and Billing inquiries via customer care Oracle tool
      • Resolve any ECOMM payment related errors
      • Sifting through data, alerts, and reporting to find patterns of unusual behaviour in transactions that could indicate suspicious activity

      • Identify with a minimal delay any new fraud trends as they transpire
      • Perform multi-layered link analysis of all fraudulent accounts and trends for ECOMM
      • Constantly following changing procedures and industry best practices to detect gaps which can enable fraud
      • Must stay current with new fraudulent activities that may breach the organization's security measures
      • Support in developing methods and processes to mitigate fraud from repeating and prevent any future fraud.
      • Liaise with related business stakeholders for fraud control operational needs to ensure controls and processes remains up to date to changing business dynamics, both online & in-store.
      • Prepare all reporting needs related to fraud cases detected on daily basis. Monthly case studies to be maintained for audit and evaluation purpose and to measure effectiveness of fraud control operations
      • Partner with management and the relevant authorities’ as required to support investigations
      • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
      • Capable of resolving escalated issues requiring coordination with other departments
      • Process and complete all specialized reports and projects, as required for the function

      The ideal candidate:

      • Expertise with ecommerce payment systems & fraud support including Cybersouce and Global Payments
      • 2-3 years of direct or related work experience in data analysis required.
      • Experience with SAP Hybris, Marketplace (MIRKAL), and 3DS2 a benefit
      • Experience with Oracle Service Cloud
      • Ability to vet every process, conduct fraud analysis, make reports and prepare case management for fraud control.
      • Ability to work on complex large volume data from various source systems, engage with cross functional teams for getting right information and maintaining good rapport with other functional teams.
      • Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel. Must possess demonstrated ability to create and manage spreadsheet applications
      • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously with the ability to prioritize and balance conflicting tasks
      • Ability to work independently, be self-starting and results oriented with a strong eye for detail
      • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced work environment, build teamwork and strong business relationships
      • Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, complex technical and business details in a simple and easy manner
      • Willingness to pursue continuous learning and self-development
      • Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment skills required in dealing with moderately complex situations.
