      We are looking for a team player with strong interpersonal skills, good analytical thinking and adaptable to join our Parts Coordination team in Australia or Singapore. Parts Coordination Management is part of Wartsila Global Logistics Services. Our main objectives are to provide fast and high-quality responses to our customers for spare part quotations, orders, deliveries and claim resolutions.

      What you will be doing
      In this position, you will together with our team of PCM Coordinators be accountable for processing internal and external customer’s spare parts requests in a timely and high-quality manner aligned with customer´s expectations. For us to be the best match, we expect you to have an understanding in international business and experience from working with spare parts and logistics. We are looking for you with a positive mindset and a genuine interest in working towards building strong customer relationships. For you to succeed in the position, we hope you have a clear and structured approach to your work and focus on quality.

      Responsibilities

      • Act as a contact person between the customer and various departments for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries, and non-conformities.
      • Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.
      • Ensure the highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders.
      • Maintain strong relationships with the customers, understand their needs and provide the right solutions.
      • Off hour support for spare parts (24 hr service)

      Requirements

      • Diploma or Bachelor degree (technical or commercial)
      • Fluency in English oral and written
      • Experience in customer service
      • Experience in supply chain and logistics
      • Teamwork skills
      • Organizing and prioritizing skills
      • SAP knowledge will be considered as a plus.
