      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in recruiting by crafting job descriptions, posting opportunities, and coordinating interviews
      - Serve as an ambassador for the organization, ensuring a positive hiring experience for candidates
      - Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership on hiring needs and organizational growth
      - Coordinate onboarding activities to welcome new employees and facilitate a smooth transition
      - Manage the employee engagement platform and support performance review processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in administration or human resources
      - Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets or Excel
      - Strong discretion and judgment in handling confidential information
      - Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
      - Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with employee engagement platforms or performance management systems
      - Familiarity with remote work dynamics and best practices
      - Background in event planning or coordination
