      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support multiple Operations Managers on various program itineraries across different product lines
      - Liaise with the Customer Service team to address participants’ questions and special requests
      - Ensure program materials are completed accurately and on time, following all procedures
      - Arrange and confirm program logistics, including accommodations, field trips, and meals
      - Conduct daily analysis of enrollments and space allotments, ensuring optimal capacity use

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of administrative or relevant experience
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - Strong organizational skills and experience in a fast-paced business environment
      - Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
      - Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

      - Experience working collaboratively in a multi-functional team environment
      - Proficiency in navigating complex database systems
