      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support multiple Operations Managers on various program itineraries across different product lines
      - Liaise with the Customer Service team to address participants’ questions and special requests
      - Ensure completion of program materials accurately and on time, following all operational procedures
      - Arrange and confirm logistics such as hotel accommodations, field trips, transfers, and meals
      - Analyze enrollments and space allotments to optimize program capacity in line with contractual deadlines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of administrative or relevant experience
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - Strong organizational skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
      - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on issue resolution
      - High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

      - Experience in a fast-paced business environment
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional team setting
      - Familiarity with complex database environments
