      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support multiple Operations Managers on up to 50 different program itineraries across product lines
      - Liaise with the Customer Service team to provide timely communication regarding participants’ program questions
      - Ensure program materials are completed accurately and on time, following all procedures for managing programs
      - Arrange and confirm program details and logistics such as hotel nights and meals
      - Review and reconcile financial details and invoices for vendors and program expenses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of administrative or relevant experience
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on anticipating and resolving issues proactively
      - Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional team environment
