- Supporting all functions of the project controls team such as: cost & schedule reporting, document control, risk management and contract management.
- Reviewing and analyzing project forecasts in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Input and preparation of key metrics/reports for project performance.
- Entry of purchase requisitions, associated changes to purchase orders and invoice receiving in Oracle.
- Coordination of month end accruals and completion of project expenses.
- Help to ensure alignment with corporate/regulatory compliance and governance.
- Arranging meetings with user groups and managing logistics for project related activities.
- Document meeting minutes and produce action plans and follow-up on action items.
- Shared maintenance of a project SharePoint site to manage critical project documentation and workflow processes.
- Maintaining project procedures for activity tracking, managing the procedure, and tracking deliverable status
- You have a College Diploma or University degree from an accredited post-secondary institute and/or a recognized project management certification or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant field.
- Solid understanding of, and experience with; project planning and document/records management.
- Experience managing or helping to manage and update financial forecasts.
- Able to work on multiple projects at once while maintaining priorities.
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn new processes.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, attentive to detail.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Experience with Oracle, SharePoint or Project Management software considered an asset.

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Capital Markets team in a permanent position. Reporting to the Manager, Project Controls, Capital Project, you will share the overall accountability for the successful implementation of large-scale capital projects with regards to scope, cost, schedule and quality from initial development to completion. The Project Coordinator will help to ensure effective communication with key project stakeholders, assist in monitoring of project performance and escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager to ensure appropriate action is taken. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the Project Management Methodology and Project Plan is followed to support the successful completion of the project.
