      LEGENDS & THE BUFFALO BILLS

      The Buffalo Bills & Legends have an expansive partnership to support all aspects of the New Highmark Stadium project including stadium design, planning, feasibility studies, project management, data analytics, marketing and holistic revenue generation across partnerships, ticketing, and suite sales. Legends is proud to represent and support the Bills during this historic moment in Western New York and is focused on delivering the most fan-experience driven stadium in the National Football League.

      THE ROLE

      The PSL Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and support duties related to the daily operations of the New Highmark Stadium sales and service department. He/she will be responsible for supporting the Account Executive team to convert all current Buffalo Bills season ticket holders, deposit holders and prospective clients to become New Highmark Stadium buyers. The PSL Coordinator should be a professional, team focused, positive individual. He/she will report to the Director, Service & Operations while working alongside additional key leadership and sales personnel across the project.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

      • Support Account Executives in the execution of the sales process for New Highmark Stadium
      • Work closely with the Buffalo Bills service team with customer service related inquiries on New Highmark Stadium
      • Act as a direct liaison between key seat holder accounts and the Buffalo Bills organization
      • Prepare season ticket member agreements as necessary
      • Assist in the creation and coordination of special events and prospecting events to aid in new business development
      • Execute collection process for annual invoices
      • Participate in events, promotions, client entertainment and other activities as required
      • Execute processes and best practices in aim of improving sales efficiency while maintaining a positive and innovative office culture

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
      • 1-2 years of service and/or sales support experience preferred within the sports and/or entertainment industry or related field.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Outlook, Word, and Excel
      • Professional verbal, written and listening communication skills.
      • Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
      • Self-starter with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.
      • Ability to work flexible hours, as well as nights, weekends, holidays as required.
      • Proven ability to drive tasks to completion with a high sense of urgency.

      COMPENSATION

      Full-time non exempt role ($21.63 per hour) plus potential bonus opportunities, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
