      What You’ll Do
      As our Refunds Coordinator, you are responsible for performing a variety of Accounting and Finance functions to support multiple teams across the company including the People Department, Operations and Logistics. Additional responsibilities include bank & credit card reconciliations, prepaid assets and monthly accruals, assisting with month-end close and assigned projects as needed.

      This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.

      • Responsible for the areas of bank & credit card reconciliations, prepaid assets and monthly accruals.
      • Process credit memos.
      • Reconcile web and localized sales accounts.
      • Assist in month-end closing activities and provide audit preparation work.
      • Assist the team and management with projects and tasks as needed.
      • Responsible to meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
      • Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully in accordance with our company standards.
      • Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects our employees, peers and customers in accordance with the core values of our company.
      • Perform any other duties as requested by management.


      Who You Are

      • A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in accounting with a combination of public and private experience preferred.
      • Must have knowledge of and experience with NetSuite.
      • Previous experience processing return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) preferred.

      • Must be able to travel using various forms of transportation, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for meetings and conferences held either at our offices or offsite (i.e. quarterly team connection weeks, companywide meetings, vendor visits).
      • Must comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the Lovesac Employee Handbook and work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients, both internal and external with dignity and respect at all times.
