What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure accurate data entry in preparation for invoice uploads
- Verify all documentation, including invoices and work orders, is received and uploaded daily
- Monitor dashboard and track requests to resolution
- Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers
- Research and resolve inquiries from stakeholders or vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative position
- Experience working within the healthcare field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with data management systems and invoice processing
