      Job Description

      As a Coordinator, Sports Marketing, you will support the planning and execution of various high-profile NBC Sports properties including playing a key role on the NBA on NBC and Peacock marketing team. You will be responsible for helping to drive awareness, subscriber acquisition and viewership of sports properties across streaming, linear and digital platforms. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Consumer Engagement.

      Responsibilities

      • Assist team is developing and leading tracking of marketing campaigns for NBC Sports properties across streaming and linear
      • Monitor progress on asset deliverables, organize agendas for meetings, create innovative presentations and data-driven reports to support tentpole events.
      • Liaise with various NBC Sports business units, including production, programming, Peacock, digital, social, CRM and local stations to help develop consumer engagement plans around key programming and milestones
      • Assist with agency activations across property initiatives
      • Support the planning and execution of large-scale promotional shoots
      • Coordinates schedules for all internal team and external meetings and is responsible for recording notes and action items in partner and internal meetings
      • Work towards managing Interns
      • Communicate on a regular basis with appropriate team members

      Qualifications

      Basic Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience

      Desired Characteristics

      • Experience in the NBA and streaming services space is a plus
      • Has high standards for work, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail
      • Ability to effectively take direction and apply learnings to everyday responsibilities, a positive can-do attitude
      • Highly resourceful. Problem solver, with strong oral and written communication skills
      • Works well in a team, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and grace under pressure
      • Creative, well organized, possesses a strong work ethic with a desire to excel and willingness to learn
      • Proven ability to partner effectively with internal partners and external agencies
      • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

      Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
