Expected pay for this position is $18.80 - $22.12/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

Day shift position, 8 hour days, 4 days/ pay period, 0800-1630
16 hours a week
POSITION SUMMARY: The Coordinator St. Jude Office is responsible for daily front office activities and workflow of a physician office practice. The Coordinator checks in patients, schedules appointments, and champions exceptional customer service through their interactions with the team, patients, families and their support systems. They are committed to providing a patient-first experience and their accountability helps create an excellent first impression of OSFs services to patients, families and other external customers over the phone or in person. Escalates patient concerns as needed to provide prompt resolution. Monitors reports, patient complaints and escalates concerns to leadership.
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School/GED Experience: 2 years of previous customer service experience Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Medical office experience EPIC- Electronic Medical Record Knowledge of common medical coding and billing
