      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate administrative activities and support across all Tuition Revenue Management teams
      - Manage the annual department-wide calendar and schedule both virtual and in-person meetings
      - Organize department events, including venue research, catering, and meeting materials
      - Prepare and distribute departmental correspondence, memos, and reports
      - Book and arrange travel for department team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting a senior-level executive
      - Strong organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
      - Ability to handle highly confidential information and act as a liaison
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with professionalism in public-facing roles
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Zoom

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Salesforce, Citrix, Survey Monkey, and ShareFile
      - Experience managing projects requiring cross-functional collaboration
